LIVE FISH: All live fish will be shipped on Monday of each week. The cutoff for orders is Friday at 4pm PST. For most orders, we will arrange shippment with UPS or USPS. If your order contains more than 1 box, we may consider sending through Southwest Airlines. This will be arranged with the buyer, prior to shipment.
SMALL - MEDIUM SIZED ITEMS: For all orders, other than Live Fish, we will ship via UPS or USPS within 7 working days of when your order is placed.
LARGE, HEAVY, or BULKY ITEMS: Will be shipped via freight in wooden crates or palletized within 5 working days.
EXPEDITED DELIVERY: If you need your items faster, please let us know in the "Order Notes" when you check out, and we can explore other delivery possibilities. This service will incur an extra fee.
ALASKA & HAWAII: Sorry guys, you are both lovely states, but shipping heavy things to you is really expensive so we need to charge a little extra. Please contact us prior to purchasing so that we can discuss shipping options. No live fish will be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
CANADA: Please contact us prior to purchasing so that we can talk about your shipping options. No live fish will be shipped to Canada.
PICKUP POLICY: We will help you arrange for pickup of your merchandise. Here are a few guidelines for that process:
Most orders are available for pickup on Monday through Friday, 10am to 4pm. If you choose to pick up your product(s) at our facility, please contact us at (503) 519-4837 at least 3 days prior to pickup day to schedule an appointment.
If you have ordered fingerlings, follow the instructions above, in addition to the following steps. You will need to bring a cooler (ice chest) or some other method of keeping the fish insulated during your trip. For extended trips, it is recommended to bring a separate storage containers for fresh water, to perform water changes and/or provide aeration for the fingerlings. Please present your invoice and a photo ID when picking up your merchandise.
